What is Gallant Tiger?
Premium frozen crustless PB&J sandwiches made with whole fruit jam, natural peanut butter, and soft white bread. No artificial anything.
How is this different from other crustless PB&J?
Ours are made by chefs. Every sandwich has whole fruit jam, natural peanut butter, 10g of protein and 5g of fiber. The two flavors are Strawberry Cardamom and Blueberry Lemon Thyme.
Are they vegan and Kosher?
Yes. All flavors are 100% plant-based, vegan, and Kosher certified.
Do they contain allergens?
Yes — all products contain peanuts and wheat (gluten). Produced in a facility that also handles tree nuts, soy, and milk.
How much protein is in one sandwich?
Every sandwich has 10g of protein and 5g of fiber, at 270 calories.

Currently shipping to the contiguous United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship Monday–Wednesday. Once shipped, ground delivery typically takes 2 business days depending on your location.
How are they shipped?
Every order is packed with dry ice and insulated packaging to stay cold during transit.
Storage & Freshness
Do they have to stay frozen?
Keep them in the freezer, where they're good for 12 months. Once thawed, keep them in the fridge and enjoy within 10 days.
How long do they take to thaw?
About 45 minutes on the counter. You can also thaw one in the fridge overnight and eat it cold.
Can I thaw and eat them cold?
Yes! Thaw in the fridge overnight and enjoy cold — they're great for packed lunches.
